SCHOOLTIME POLICIES
Completed requests are not a guarantee of SchoolTime reservation. You will be notfied about the status of your request within ten business days. If you have not received confirmation, please contact education@cincinnatiarts.org.
Seats will be placed on a temporaty hold for all approved orders. To finalize your reservation, please either send in full payment OR a school purchase order for the full payment within ten business days of confirmation.
Ticket numbers may be adjusted on your order up to three weeks prior to the scheduled performance, subject to availability. No reservation decreases will be accepted after this time. All orders must be paid in full at least TWO WEEKS prior to each scheduled performance.
