SCHOOL DEMOGRAPHICS
This information is critical for receipt grant funds that allow us to provide subsidy and is not used for eligibility purposes. Please list percentages below:

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment or a purchase order is due by the date of the presentation. If using a purchase order, it must be paid within 15 working days following the presentation.

ARTISTS ON TOUR POLICIES

CONFIRMATION: You will be notified regarding the status of your order within five business days. Please allow up to three weeks for an order to be finalized. An introductory email will be sent between you and the artist to finalize your order. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact the Education Department at education@cincinnatiarts.org.
HOSTING AN ARTIST: By submitting an order form, hosting organizations agree to the following. If the following are not met, subsidy will be revoked and/or a $75 inconvenience fee will be added to the invoice.)
1. The hosting organization agrees to meet the artist upon their arrival, and provide a presentation space that is free from external distractions, especially noise from other parts of the building, and where the presentation will not disturb others in the building.
2. The hosting organization agrees to have at least one adult per 30 students present during the presentation. Adults should participate in the program, and address any disruptive behavior.
3. The hosting organization agrees to review the technical needs for the program and have the area ready prior to the presentation (available on each program page).
4. The hosting organization agrees to review audience etiquette tips with students, and ensure they are followed during the program. Audience etiquette includes:
No non-performance related talking or gesturing, turning off all electronic devices, no throwing objects, no food or drinks during the presentation, and no photographing or recording the performance (unless given permission by the artist)
PAYMENT: Payment is due by the date of the presentation. Orders are payable by check, money order or credit card. Make checks payable to: Cincinnati Arts Association. Mail to: CAA Education Department, 650 Walnut St. Cincinnati, OH 45202.
