CINCINNATI ARTS ASSOCIATION POLICIES

1. After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from CAA within 5 business days.

2. Once you receive your confirmation email, please respond to confirm receipt.

3. Your confirmation email will include information about what to expect on the day of the performance and how to prepare.

4. The coordinator serves as the contact person for this field trip and is responsible for timely communication.

5. Buses for Songs of the River should plan to arrive at the Aronoff Center between 9:20AM-10:10AM.

6. Schools should only bring the number of students and adults listed on their registration form.

7. If you need to update your seating needs, please do so by September 16.
