Cincinnati Arts Association is pleased to present this special sensory-friendly SchoolTime performance for guests on the autism spectrum, as well as those with sensory challenges or developmental disabilities.

What Makes This Performance Sensory-Friendly?

Lower sound levels, especially for startling or loud sounds

Guests are free to talk, leave their seats, and move freely during the performance

House lights in the theater will be left on low throughout the performance

Judgment-free environment, welcoming to all

SCHOOLTIME POLICIES (sensory-friendly)

1. Completed requests are not a guarantee of SchoolTime reservation. You will be notfied about the status of your request within five business days. If you have not received confirmation, please contact education@cincinnatiarts.org.

2. Seats will be placed on a temporary hold for all approved orders. To finalize your reservation, please either send payment or a school purchase order no less than one week ahead of the performance date.

3. Ticket numbers may be adjusted on your order up to one week before the performance, subject to availability.

4. If a school cancels less than 1 week before the performance date for a non-weather related reason, they are are responsible for paying for the seats they reserved.

5. The teacher coordinator serves as the contact person and is the person responsible for the timely payment of fees and sending the SchoolTime Invoice to the person at their school in charge of payment.
