SchoolTime requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requests for ticket and/or transportation subsidies will be evaluated over the summer and distributed in August.

Cincinnati Arts Association encourages schools that receive Ticket & Transportation Subsidies to write thank you letters that can be shared with funders and members who donate to CAA.

FINALIZING YOUR RESERVATION

-After you receive an email confirming your reservation and seat availability, your seats will be on a temporary hold.
-To finalize a reservation and guarantee seats, schools must submit a PURCHASE ORDER or FULL PAYMENT six weeks before a performance.*
*Due September 25 for October performances.
-Reservations with seats on a temporary hold will be released if a PO or payment has not been received by six weeks before the performance.
*if you plan to submit a PO, please note that full payment is due two weeks before your selected performance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

SCHOOLTIME POLICIES

1. Completed requests are not a guarantee of SchoolTime reservation. You will be notfied about the status of your request within five business days. If you have not received confirmation, please contact education@cincinnatiarts.org.
2. Seats will be placed on a temporary hold for all approved orders. To finalize your reservation, please either send in full payment OR a school purchase order for the full payment no less than six weeks ahead of the performance date. (For performances occurring in October, the deadline is September 25)
3. If the deadline stated above is not met, all seat holds are subject to release.
4. Ticket numbers may be adjusted on your order up to three weeks prior to the scheduled performance, subject to availability. No reservation decreases will be accepted after this time. No refunds will be issued for schools who choose to pay in full prior to this deadline or for students who are absent the day of the performance.
5. Schools are responsible for paying for the seats they reserve. If a school cancels less than 3 weeks before the performance date for a non-weather related reason, they are expected to pay the full amount due.
6. It is important to note that while a purchase order is a legally binding document, it is NOT a payment. If a PO was used to finalize a reservation, the order must be PAID IN FULL two weeks prior to the performance date.
7. The teacher coordinator serves as the contact person and is the person responsible for the timely payment of fees and sending the SchoolTime Invoice to the person at their school in charge of payment.
